Rent a machine

Rent on preferential terms and make a confident buying decision! This will allow you to freely test your desired machine in real conditions and assess whether it will satisfy your needs.

Rental for 14 days at a price of 250BGN, incl. free delivery.

Mileage limit: up to 50km 

Once your rental is complete, you have the option of buying directly, and the rental price will be deducted from the sale price of the bike.

Deposit
A deposit of 10% of the value of the regular selling price of the product is required.

Upon return of the bike, all transportation charges are the responsibility of the customer.

The rental of a machine requires the prior signing of a rental contract, with all the conditions of use described.

Rental for 7 days at a price of 500BGN, incl. free delivery.

Mileage limit: up to 100km 

Once your rental is complete, you have the option to buy outright and the rental price will be deducted from the sale price of the scooter/electric cross bike.

Buyback with great conditions

We'll buy your machine back for up to 65% of its sale price*! See terms:

For electric bikes, electric scooters and electric cross bikes
- up to 1000km or 1 year from the date of purchase (whichever comes first);

For ATVs

- up to 3000km or up to 2 years from the date of purchase (whichever comes first).

- machines must be free from serious external and cosmetic marks, as well as breaks in plastics or other elements*;

- machines must not have any damage or seriously worn components*;
*In case of broken, damaged or worn components, the cost of their replacement is deducted from the price of the machine or their replacement is required in advance.

For electric bikes, electric scooters and electric cross bikes:
- have a well-maintained battery and at least 80% operating capacity;
For ATVs:
- be well maintained and fully serviced every 1000km**;
* for each service a report of the work performed by the garage is required.
**for a machine that is to be serviced within 200km of its current mileage, it is required to be pre-serviced prior to purchase.

For electric bikes, electric scooters and electric cross bikes

– 50% of the regular selling price of the product, before any discount, other promotion or form of discount is applied;
– 60% of the regular selling price of the product, in the event that the redemption value is paid in the form of a voucher amount that can only be used to purchase another machine from us;

For ATVs

– 60% of the regular selling price of the product, before any discount, other promotion or form of discount is applied;
– 65% of the regular selling price of the product, in the event that the redemption value is paid in the form of a voucher amount that can only be used to purchase another machine from us.

Warranty conditions and service

Your bike warranty: fast, easy, convenient

If any of the parts listed below are defective, you have the option of sending us video and photo material so that our experts can determine if the failure is covered under warranty.
If the damaged part is under warranty, we will either send you the warranty part at our expense or you have the option to send your electric bike to our service in Veliko Tarnovo, where the part will be replaced. All transport costs associated with the shipment of the bicycle are at the expense of the user.

More about warranty conditions:

Warranty conditions cover defects in materials or workmanship occurring under normal conditions of use. They are intended to provide protection against problems that arise due to defects in manufacture or design. Natural wear and tear that occurs under regular use are not covered by the warranty.

Warranty is provided to the original retail purchaser of the bicycle, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations set forth in the full warranty terms.

Under normal use and regular maintenance, the frame, mechanical and electrical components of the bicycle are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of delivery.

Mechanical components include: wheel set, steering pawl, bolts and nuts, brake lever, front suspension, crank, crown/cassette, rear derailleur, front reflector, rear reflector, brake rotor

Electrical components: throttle/muffler, display, motor, controller, speed sensor

The battery is covered by a limited warranty for one (1) year from date of delivery against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. Over time, like any rechargeable battery, the capacity of the rechargeable battery will decrease due to charge and discharge cycles. The warranty guarantees that the battery will maintain at least 90% capacity for a minimum of one year.

Limited Warranty Requirements

To be eligible for this limited warranty, the following conditions must be met:

- The original purchaser shall provide proof that the bicycle was purchased from the manufacturer or one of its authorized dealers or distributors.

- The person seeking warranty coverage is the original and first owner of the bicycle (warranty is not transferable in the event of resale).

- The bicycle was used as intended. Bicycles are designed for use on paved roads.

- Electronics, including connectors and wiring, have not been adjusted or modified.

The Mia Dynamics Inc. warranty is provided by Mia Dynamics Motors Ltd and is valid for individual customers only. Corporate customers have separate terms and conditions. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the following products:

  • Units: Mia FOUR X2 and Mia FOUR X4 and other products by Mia Dynamics
  • Parts and accessoriesA: Official parts from Mia Dynamics Inc.

Scope of warranty:

  • Units: 12 months or 10,000 kilometres (whichever comes first) starting from the date of delivery.
  • Batteries and parts with serial numbers: 12 months against defects.
  • BatteriesA: The warranty is only valid if stored and maintained properly.
  • New parts without serial numbers: 30 days from the date of delivery against defects.

Exceptions to warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear, accidents, damage from external factors, software manipulation, etc.
  • Warranty does not apply to rental devices, sports racing and aggressive use.

Conditions under extreme weather conditionsA: Prolonged exposure to rain, snow, sun and salt water may cause the device to deteriorate.

Note: If the customer changes the maximum speed limit of the device above 40 km/h, the guarantee is cancelled and the customer is fully responsible for any legal consequences.

Warranty conditions for electric scootersA: The warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing errors, and is valid for 12 months for units and batteries with registered serial numbers. It does not cover damage from accidents, unauthorised use or damage due to external factors such as extreme weather conditions.

All goods presented on the website and/or sold in the online store have a legal guarantee of conformity of the goods with the contract of sale pursuant to Articles 112-115 of the Consumer Protection Act.

The commercial guarantee does not affect the rights of consumers arising from the guarantee under Articles 112-115 of the Consumer Protection Act. Irrespective of the commercial guarantee, the seller is liable for the lack of conformity of the consumer goods with the sales contract under the guarantee of Article 112-115 of the Consumer Protection Act.

Delivery and right of return

Delivery

For electric bicycles or electric cross bikes marked "Available"

The delivery time for electric bikes marked as available is between 1 working day and 10 working days, depending on your choice when completing the order.

When choosing 1 working day delivery an additional cost of 150lv. In these cases the goods will be shipped directly from our warehouse in Veliko Tarnovo.
For delivery within 10 working days delivery is free. In these cases, the goods are shipped directly from the manufacturers' warehouses located outside Bulgaria.

All electric bicycles with "available" status can be inspected and tested in our base in Arbanassi (Veliko Tarnovo).

The delivery time for electric bikes marked "On Request" is between 40 and 60 working days.

When you purchase a bike with the status "On Request", the delivery is free. In these cases, the electric bikes are in storage outside Europe and need a longer period for transportation.

The delivery time for electric scooters marked as available is between 1 working and 3 working days. Delivery is free of charge.

All electric scooters with "available" status can be inspected and tested in our base in Arbanassi (Veliko Tarnovo).

The delivery time for electric scooters marked "On Request" is between 40 and 60 working days.

When you purchase an electric scooter with the status "On request" the delivery is free. In these cases, the electric bikes are in storage outside Europe and need a longer period for transportation.

Machines that are in "Available" status can be inspected and tested (including off-road test) at our base in Arbanassi. You can pick up the goods on site from our base free of charge, arrange your own transport or contact us to arrange transport to your desired location.

Machines that are "On Request" are available from our partners and can be delivered within 3 working days to our base. From there, you have the option to pick up the goods on site from our base free of charge, arrange your own transport or contact us to arrange transport to your desired location.

Right of return

14 days right of return without the need for a specific reason

If after testing the product and in case it does not meet your needs, we suggest you return the product to us WITHOUT QUESTIONS!

We make it our top priority to meet all of our customers' needs, which means you have the freedom to choose, test and decide what's right for you.

Conditions:

- up to a 3km range;

- the product must be free of any visible damage, scratches, etc;

- the product must be returned with its original packaging, all accessories, accessories, documents and the original receipt/invoice for the purchase;

- the cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer;

For all other cases in which the consumer wishes to withdraw from a purchase/contract concluded at a distance, he has the same right under Article 50 of the CPA without compensation or penalty, without giving any reason, without paying any costs, except for the costs provided for in Article 54, para. 3 and Article 55 of the CPA, within 14 days from the date of. The customer shall notify the trader of this decision by sending a message to the company's e-mail: office@byhillview.com. Transport costs for the return of the goods are borne by the customer.
