Your bike warranty: fast, easy, convenient
If any of the parts listed below are defective, you have the option of sending us video and photo material so that our experts can determine if the failure is covered under warranty.
If the damaged part is under warranty, we will either send you the warranty part at our expense or you have the option to send your electric bike to our service in Veliko Tarnovo, where the part will be replaced. All transport costs associated with the shipment of the bicycle are at the expense of the user.

Warranty conditions cover defects in materials or workmanship occurring under normal conditions of use. They are intended to provide protection against problems that arise due to defects in manufacture or design. Natural wear and tear that occurs under regular use are not covered by the warranty.
Warranty is provided to the original retail purchaser of the bicycle, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations set forth in the full warranty terms.
Under normal use and regular maintenance, the frame, mechanical and electrical components of the bicycle are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of delivery.
Mechanical components include: wheel set, steering pawl, bolts and nuts, brake lever, front suspension, crank, crown/cassette, rear derailleur, front reflector, rear reflector, brake rotor
Electrical components: throttle/muffler, display, motor, controller, speed sensor
The battery is covered by a limited warranty for one (1) year or 10,000km from date of delivery against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. Over time, like any rechargeable battery, the battery capacity will decrease due to charge and discharge cycles. The warranty guarantees that the battery will maintain at least 90% capacity for a minimum of one year.

Limited Warranty Requirements
To be eligible for this limited warranty, the following conditions must be met:
- The original purchaser shall provide proof that the bicycle was purchased from the manufacturer or one of its authorized dealers or distributors.
- The person seeking warranty coverage is the original and first owner of the bicycle (warranty is not transferable in the event of resale).
- The bicycle was used as intended. Bicycles are designed for use on paved roads.
- Electronics, including connectors and wiring, have not been adjusted or modified.

The Mia Dynamics Inc. warranty is provided by Mia Dynamics Motors Ltd and is valid for individual customers only. Corporate customers have separate terms and conditions. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the following products:
- Units: Mia FOUR X2 and Mia FOUR X4 and other products by Mia Dynamics
- Parts and accessoriesA: Official parts from Mia Dynamics Inc.
Scope of warranty:
- Maximum covered distance: 12000 kilometers.
- Мechanics: 24 months.
- Еlectronics: 12 months.
- BatteriesA: The warranty is only valid if stored and maintained properly.
- New parts without serial numbers: 30 days from the date of delivery against defects.
Exceptions to warranty:
- Normal wear and tear, accidents, damage from external factors, software manipulation, etc.
- Warranty does not apply to rental devices, sports racing and aggressive use.
Conditions under extreme weather conditionsA: Prolonged exposure to rain, snow, sun and salt water may cause the device to deteriorate.
Note: If the customer changes the maximum speed limit of the device above 25 MPH, the guarantee is cancelled and the customer is fully responsible for any legal consequences.
Warranty conditions for 4x4 scooterA: The warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing errors, and is valid for 12 months for units and batteries with registered serial numbers. It does not cover damage from accidents, unauthorised use or damage due to external factors such as extreme weather conditions.
Warranty conditions
The GOES ATVs have total warranty 2 + 3 years (2 years from manufacturer + 3 years from supplier) or 6000 kmwhich came first.
The guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
- The vehicle shall be used for its intended purpose and in accordance with the User Manual.
- All periodic servicing shall be carried out at an authorised workshop and at the intervals specified.
- Only original parts, oils and consumables approved by the manufacturer shall be used.
- No unauthorized modifications, tuning, changes to electronics, exhaust system, etc.
- The ATV has not been used for racing, drifting, towing beyond the legal limit or other improper loads.
- It was not part of an accident or incident that could cause hidden damage.
The warranty covers latent manufacturing defects occurring in normal operation.
1) What is not covered by the warranty
The most important thing that does NOT go into a warranty:
- Normal wear consumables:
pads, discs, chains, belts, bearings, mufflers, filters, bulbs, tires, etc. - Damage due to improper use:
overloading, drifting in deep water, lack of oil, overheating, impact, corrosion. - Improper transportation or storage.
- Use of non-original oil or parts that cause damage.
- Damage after unauthorized repair or diagnostics outside an authorized repair shop.
- Damage resulting from modifications:
tuning, removing restrictors, chip tuning, exhaust systems, etc.
The warranty is void if:
- The service interval is not observed.
- No warranty card or registration.
- The vehicle was repaired before the service network was notified.
2) Service and maintenance
As an authorized GOES dealer, we have a fully equipped service department and certified technicians trained by the manufacturer.
We suggest:
- Warranty service
- Out of warranty repairs
- Complete diagnostics
- Periodic service
- Changing oils and filters
- Setup, preventive maintenance and technical checks
- Original spare parts and consumables
- Advice on correct operation
The first inspection is carried out according to the service booklet and includes oil change, filters, belt, bearings, suspension, brakes and general technical inspection.
All goods presented on the website and/or sold in the online store have a legal guarantee of conformity of the goods with the contract of sale pursuant to Articles 112-115 of the Consumer Protection Act.
The commercial guarantee does not affect the rights of consumers arising from the guarantee under Articles 112-115 of the Consumer Protection Act. Irrespective of the commercial guarantee, the seller is liable for the lack of conformity of the consumer goods with the sales contract under the guarantee of Article 112-115 of the Consumer Protection Act.
